It can support up to 136kg, making it sturdy enough for adults to use too. Designed to accommodate your growing child, the Tripp Trapp® Chair is suitable from birth when used with the Newborn Set (sold separately) and from 6 months with the Baby Set, which converts it into a highchair. The Baby Set is compatible with the Stokke® Tray and Stokke® Harness for added convenience. For extra comfort, the Tripp Trapp® Classic Cushion (sold separately) adds a cosy touch. "Great chair, looks good, so adjustable to grow with baby, works well with the baby set and harness. He sits in a really good position for eating. At 6 months old he can sit with a little support but not completely on his own and the chair provides the right level of support to keep him in a good eating position but is free enough to move around."

"Expensive but worth the money! My baby doesn’t mind being strapped up in the newborn insert which has proved a lifesaver when we’re trying to have dinner and need to put baby down safely somewhere. I’ve not used any of the other extensions yet, but I’m hoping this willl be one of those purchases that will last us for years to come. Not worth deducting a star for, but it is far more expensive than other high chairs / seats out there, so I’m not sure how it would compare"

What a difference!

"I bought this for my son and his partner and what a difference it has made to family mealtimes. Their 10 week old son can now sit up to the table with them and be interacted with on a level with them. It has made mealtimes a pleasure again. Also great for him to be up higher while they are in the kitchen preparing or cooking meals. A great piece of baby equipment."

"Two reasons I chose Natural baby shower was firstly, the cushions were a good price, and secondly I loved the pattern on the cushions. My order for the child’s cushion was great. Delivery was quick. The children loved them and said were so comfortable and soft. We know that stokke products are good as these are a replacement for ones that have been used for quite a few years. Natural baby shower prices were a big help, compared to many other sites that I looked at."
