We only price match reputable, established UK retailers that:

  • Have a physical store
  • Offer a similar level of service to NBS
  • Stock a comparable range to NBS
  • Sell directly (not via third-party marketplaces)
  • Offer the same product, in stock, with the same warranty & conditions of sale

This helps ensure you’re comparing like-for-like retailers who offer a similar level of service, support and reliability.

Yes. We’re unable to match:

  • Retailers without a physical store or a proven trading history
  • The item is being sold below cost or below a sustainable margin, or the price appears incorrect
  • Marketplaces or auction sites (e.g. eBay, Amazon, OnBuy)
  • Pre-owned, refurbished, ex-display or clearance-only sellers
  • Wholesale, membership-only or trade-only pricing
