The main difference is remote connectivity. WiFi-enabled models, including the LeapFrog 7” Smart Monitor, LF2936 and LF815, allow you to check in on your little one remotely using a compatible smartphone or tablet app. The LF2415, LF4915HD, LF915 and LF920HD are designed primarily for secure monitoring using their dedicated parent units around the home.

The LeapFrog 7” Smart Monitor and LeapFrog LF920HD Video Baby Monitor both feature a generous 7-inch parent display, making them wonderful choices for parents who prefer a larger view of their little one. The LF2936 features a 5.5-inch touchscreen, while the LF2415, LF4915HD, LF815 and LF915 have more compact 5-inch screens.

Several models offer impressive camera control, but the LeapFrog 7” Smart Monitor provides 360° pan and tilt, wide-angle viewing and up to 8x zoom for a wonderfully flexible view of the nursery. The LF2936, LF4915HD, LF915 and LF920HD also offer panoramic pan and tilt viewing, making them ideal for keeping an eye on more of your baby's room.

The LeapFrog 7” Smart Monitor, LF2936, LF4915HD, LF815 and LF915 feature colour night vision technology, helping you see your little one more clearly in low-light conditions. The LF2415 features a soothing night light and standard night-time monitoring, while the LF920HD uses automatic infrared colour night vision.

If monitoring your baby's nursery environment is important to you, several models include both temperature and humidity sensors, including the LeapFrog 7” Smart Monitor, LF2936, LF4915HD, LF815, LF915 and LF920HD. The LF2415 includes a temperature sensor, helping you keep an eye on your little one's room temperature.

Battery performance varies between models. The LeapFrog LF2415 offers up to 17 hours of video streaming and 29 hours of audio-only monitoring, while the LF4915HD offers up to 15 hours of video streaming. The LF2936 and LF815 provide up to 12 hours of video streaming, while the larger battery-powered parent units across the range are designed to offer reassuring monitoring throughout your day and night.
