Local Pickup offers you a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. Local Pickup allows you to collect your order at a convenient time for you, from a nearby location, such as Sainsbury’s, Co-Op or the Post Office. There are thousands of pick up locations for you to choose from.

Your order is securely stored for 7 days until you are ready to collect it.

At checkout, just select the Local Pickup option and select a nearby Local Pickup Point from thousands nationwide.

You will receive a notification email from DPD or InPost when your order is ready to be collected.

The opening hours of the Local Pickup Point will be displayed at the time of selection and will also be displayed in your pickup email allowing you to collect at a convenient time for you.

Local Pickup Points are open long hours and will store your package securely until you are ready to collect at a time that suits you.

All orders are dispatched on a tracked service, via our carefully selected shipping partners, including DPD and Royal Mail.

• Tracking info and delivery notifications are provided at each stage of the shipment.
• You will be provided with options to change your delivery preferences, should you so wish.
• Items delivered directly from our suppliers are not included in standard delivery terms. Details will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.

Most of our products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse. Some others may be on a lead time or stocked with our brand partners for direct dispatch.

If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will only ship once all items are available.
