Local Pickup offers you a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. Local Pickup allows you to collect your order at a convenient time for you, from a nearby location, such as Sainsbury’s, Co-Op or the Post Office. There are thousands of pick up locations for you to choose from.

Your order is securely stored for 7 days until you are ready to collect it.

Not only that, Local Pickup reduces carbon emissions by over 85% compared to home delivery. By choosing Local Pickup, you’re choosing the sustainable delivery option.

🌱 Our Local Pickup service is unavailable at checkout for larger, heavier items due to size and content restrictions.

At checkout, just select the Local Pickup option and select a nearby Local Pickup Point from thousands nationwide.

You will receive a notification email from DPD or InPost when your order is ready to be collected.

The opening hours of the Local Pickup Point will be displayed at the time of selection and will also be displayed in your pickup email allowing you to collect at a convenient time for you.

Local Pickup Points are open long hours and will store your package securely until you are ready to collect at a time that suits you.

Checkout+ is an optional add-on at checkout, powered by Swap. It bundles free returns with support for lost, damaged, or stolen deliveries. Shoppers who opt in receive prepaid return labels on UK domestic orders, plus access to Swap’s claims portal.

If all items in your order are in stock, we'll begin preparing it straight away and send tracking information once it has been dispatched.

If your order contains a back-order item, we'll dispatch the order once all items are available. The estimated dispatch date for back-order products can be viewed within your customer account.

By shipping orders together where possible, we help reduce unnecessary deliveries and support our commitment to making more sustainable choices.

All orders are dispatched on a tracked service, via our carefully selected shipping partners, including DPD and Royal Mail.

• Tracking info and delivery notifications are provided at each stage of the shipment.
• You will be provided with options to change your delivery preferences, should you so wish.
• Items delivered directly from our suppliers are not included in standard delivery terms. Details will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.

Most of our products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse. Some others may be on a lead time or stocked with our brand partners for direct dispatch.

The status of each will be clearly stated on the product page. For example:

• In stock, ready to ship
• Dispatched direct | 10-14 days
• Stock available, shipping date below [displayed above the add to cart button]

If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will only ship once all items are available.

When you choose to pick up from a Local Pickup location it's better for the environment than home delivery! That's because the Local Pickup service means that DPD or InPost can consolidate deliveries rather than driving door to door.

By delivering multiple packages to one place, Local drivers cover fewer miles than driving from one home to the next.

This results in fewer trucks on our roads and a reduction in carbon emissions by 85%, making Local Pickup the sustainable choice.

Prices are confirmed at the time you place your order. If you notice a new promotion before your order has been dispatched, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team — where possible, we may be able to apply a credit before your order leaves us. Please note this isn’t guaranteed, especially if stock is limited or already allocated to your order.
