We’re getting ready to introduce an exciting new loyalty experience, which means that the current loyalty programme will be closing, but there’s still time to make the most of your current rewards.

Keep shopping and earning points as usual until 17th September. After this date, you’ll no longer be able to earn points through the current programme.

You’ll have until 16th October to use your existing points. You can either redeem them at checkout, or if you’d prefer, convert your remaining points into a voucher through your loyalty account page.

Your voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date the voucher is created.

How to use your points
Redeeming your points is easy! Click Redeem My Points and copy & paste your code at checkout. Natural Baby Shower points can be earned on every purchase and are valid for 1 year in your account

Give your friends 10% off off on their first order and get £10 in points for each successful referral.

To log in, click the Account icon in the top right corner of our website. This will take you to the Login
page, where you can enter the email address and password linked to your account. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your Order History and Points Balance.

To redeem your points, click the Account icon in the top right corner of the website. Once logged in, select Redeem Now to choose how many points you’d like to convert. After redeeming, you’ll receive a discount code that you can copy and paste into the Promo Code box at checkout.

Yes - Natural Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned. We’ll send you reminder emails before they expire, giving you plenty of time to spend them on something you love. Expired points can’t be reinstated, so it’s best to use them while they’re active.

If your full order is refunded, the points you used will automatically return to your account within 48 hours of the
refund being processed. 

If you’ve returned only part of your order, the number of points refunded will be proportionate to the discount applied to the item(s) you returned. They’ll then be ready to use on your next purchase.

In some cases, yes - but don’t worry, it just means you’ve already used points that came from a refunded order. Don’t worry - you’ll start earning points again with your next purchases, and your balance will go back up.

If your Rewards Points aren’t appearing:

  1. Make sure you’ve logged in using the steps outlined above under “How do I log in to my Account?”
  2. Once logged in, your Rewards Points Balance should appear at the top of your account page.
  3. If it’s not visible, check the Rewards History tab - this shows recent activity, including any expired points.

Still not seeing your points? No problem - reach out to our Customer Service Team with the email linked to your account, and we’ll be happy to help.

After receiving your order: Points will be automatically added to your account 48 hours after your order is marked as delivered.

After leaving a review: Please allow up to 72 hours for your points to appear in your account.

Once logged in to your account, visit our Refer a Friend page. Enter your friend’s email address in the
box provided, and they’ll receive a link with their unique reward code!

You can also share your personalised referral code directly - it’s displayed just below the email box for easy copying and sharing.

Please double-check that you’re entering your reward code in the Gift Voucher box at checkout - not the Discount Code box - and your points should redeem successfully.



Once a rewards code has been issued, the points are converted into that code and can not be returned to your account. The good news is your reward code stays active and ready to use whenever you make your next purchase.

Points need to be redeemed at checkout to apply to an order. To make sure you don’t miss out,
simply redeem your points before placing your next order.
