page, where you can enter the email address and password linked to your account. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your Order History and Points Balance.
To redeem your points, click the Account icon in the top right corner of the website. Once logged in, select Redeem Now to choose how many points you’d like to convert. After redeeming, you’ll receive a discount code that you can copy and paste into the Promo Code box at checkout.
Yes - Natural Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned. We’ll send you reminder emails before they expire, giving you plenty of time to spend them on something you love. Expired points can’t be reinstated, so it’s best to use them while they’re active.
If your full order is refunded, the points you used will automatically return to your account within 48 hours of the
refund being processed.
If you’ve returned only part of your order, the number of points refunded will be proportionate to the discount applied to the item(s) you returned. They’ll then be ready to use on your next purchase.
In some cases, yes - but don’t worry, it just means you’ve already used points that came from a refunded order. Don’t worry - you’ll start earning points again with your next purchases, and your balance will go back up.

After receiving your order: Points will be automatically added to your account 48 hours after your order is marked as delivered.
After leaving a review: Please allow up to 72 hours for your points to appear in your account.
Once logged in to your account, visit our Refer a Friend page. Enter your friend’s email address in the
box provided, and they’ll receive a link with their unique reward code!
You can also share your personalised referral code directly - it’s displayed just below the email box for easy copying and sharing.
Please double-check that you’re entering your reward code in the Gift Voucher box at checkout - not the Discount Code box - and your points should redeem successfully.
Once a rewards code has been issued, the points are converted into that code and can not be returned to your account. The good news is your reward code stays active and ready to use whenever you make your next purchase.
