Once you've placed an order, this is passed on to our packing team and prepared for it's journey to you. This all happens really quickly, so please note that we can't usually make changes after the order has been placed. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address, products or payment method.
If you've realised something isn't quite right after you've placed your order, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on which delivery option you've chosen, so we would always suggest that you call us on (0)1276 408494 to see if we are able to assist you.

Please note, our Warehouse Team works quickly to prepare your order, and once it has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

At Natural Baby Shower, we offer flexible payment options with Klarna, Clearpay, and PayPal Pay in 3, so you can spread the cost of your purchase. Find out more here

  1. Klarna: Pay in 3 interest-free instalments. The first payment is made at checkout, with the remaining two payments automatically charged every 30 days.
  2. Clearpay: Split your purchase into 4 equal payments, made every two weeks, interest-free. The first payment is made when you place your order.
  3. PayPal Pay in 3: Spread the cost over 3 equal monthly payments, interest-free. The first payment is made at checkout, with the next two due monthly.

The majority of our products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. However, some are on a forward order. The stock status is shown underneath each product within the collection page and the expected delivery date will be displayed in your cart.

  1. In stock: The item is in our warehouse and can be dispatched immediately
  2. Stock available: Stock is on its way to our warehouse and will be dispatched as soon as it arrives. The estimated delivery date will be displayed.
  3. Pre-order: This is typically a brand's new product launch and will be arriving soon. The expected delivery date will be displayed.
  4. Delivered direct: These items are shipped directly from the respective supplier, who will make direct contact to arrange a convenient delivery time. The expected delivery date will be displayed.
  5. Stock back soon: The items is on order but are temporarily out of stock with our supplier. If you have a specific query, please contact our team who will be happy to help.

Card payments will be debited and cleared by Shopify Payments. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Once your online order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the authorization is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will however endeavor to inform customers ASAP so that they may resolve the problem.

We occasionally run limited-time sales, promotions, and discount codes, which can be used both online and in-store. These cannot be applied to past orders or after their expiration. You can enter multiple promo codes at checkout, but our system will automatically apply the code that gives you the best discount at the product level.
