We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't normally make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address, products or payment method.

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on which delivery option you've chosen, so we would always suggest that you call us on (0)1276 408494 to see if we are able to assist you.

Ordering Payment FAQs

Once you have placed an order with us unless it is ready for dispatch, it may be possible to change, so it is best to call or email quickly and we will always help where we can. We can always cancel unless dispatched.

The majority of our products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. However, some are on a forward order. Stock status is shown underneath each product within the collection page and the expected delivery date will be displayed in your cart.

  • In stock the item is in our warehouse and can be dispatched immediately
  • Stock available stock is on its way to our warehouse and will be dispatched as soon as it arrives. The estimated delivery date will displayed.
  • Pre-order this is either a brand new product launch and will be arriving soon. The expected delivery date will displayed.
  • Delivered direct items are shipped directly from the respective supplier, who will make direct contact to arrange a convenient delivery time. The expected delivery date will displayed.
  • Stock back soon items are on order but are temporarily out of stock with our supplier. If you have a specific query, please contact our team who will be happy to help.

Card payments will be debited and cleared by Shopify Payments. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Once your online order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the authorization is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will however endeavor to inform customers ASAP so that they may resolve the problem.

We never knowingly oversell, and we offer our customers the best prices we can. We offer a price match request service as we want to help you find the right products, at the right time, at the right price. So where we can, we will consider price matching to offer you the best prices we can.From time to time we offer short term sales, product promotions and special offers periodically along with discount codes. Unfortunately these can never be used retrospectively (on orders already placed), or after the expiry date advertised. All promotion and discount codes can be used when ordering both online and in -store. Only one voucher code may be used per transaction and are only applicable on full price items.
