The CYBEX Priam Lux Carrycot in Mirage Grey is ideal for babies from birth until they’re six months old. Simply click onto the 2022 CYBEX Priam and e-Priam chassis (sold separately) - perfect for sophisticated and comfortable family travelling. The spacious unit boasts generous dimensions and maximum comfort for baby.

The Lux Carrycot has been tested and is approved for overnight sleeping, with plenty of ventilation, soft cotton covers and a foam mattress.

Lovely item BUT awful service & advertising

"Stay away unless you want unduly stress! Purchased the complete “Simply Flowers” range. Clearly states that this range is compatible with the Priam frame (even directs you to this frame) items arrived and only just set them up last week (as it was to early to set up for our new baby’s arrival at the time) The car seat and the pushchair no issues you click in the adaptors to the frame and your away. The carry cot on the other hand is a different story. . it doesn’t fit the base! Contacted Cybex and went back and forth for days on WhatsApp they had me send photos of the numbers on the frame and also the carry cot. They came back to confirm I had a Priam 3 version frame and a version 4 carry cot so would need different adaptors. They made me email another company for these adaptors who told me they have a lead time of 4 weeks!! (Also needing to pay £25) So you expect my baby for the first month of its life not to be able to use its pram that I paid £1600 for!! Cybex simply don’t want to help at all and say that these adaptors don’t come with it (only a different version of the adaptors do) so how can you sell a “range” when one of the items doesn’t fit. I would understand if it was a completely different carry cot but it’s not, it’s the simply flowers range. Why make a car seat and pushchair to fit and not the carry cot part, absolutely ridiculous. Also when your buying the Priam frame nowhere does it say they made a version 3 and a version 4. . even though it was the pram I wanted seriously considering sending it back to them as it’s disgusting behaviour, I have screen shots and screen recordings of all the necessary pages of their site clearly showing it’s a range and what products go with what, no mention that the carry cot doesn’t go with it so I will be taking it further as it’s being falsely advertised. I expect to be able to use me £1600 from day 1!"

Assembly has been impossible!

"The metal bars shown in tutorial that need to be pulled down are not budging and we are stuck with an uneven bassinet! Spent £££ thinking we’ll get the best for our baby and we have travel plans which have been ruined because the cot is not working!!"

Mustard yellow luxury for my bundle of joy

"Real luxury in the form of a cerrycot! Really happy with the mustard yellow colour choice as well. The first carry cot we received had a faulty zip and Cybex was amazing with sending us a new cot immediately! Great customer service!"
