The Bugaboo Butterfly Pushchair in Black + Stormy Blue is made for high-paced city life with a one-second fold and an ultra-compact design. You and your growing baby can now explore the streets together in style.

With the Butterfly’s one-second fold, you can quickly venture down the stairs, onto the train, through the shops or to wherever the city leads you.

The Butterfly weighs only 7.3kg but it’s strong enough to hold a large little one and a full load of groceries. The pushchair compacts down and features a strap for hands-free carrying so you can walk with your little one holding your hand and have the butterfly over your shoulder.

Butterfly can be tucked away almost anywhere under tables, in hallways, on the train, in cars and even in overhead compartments for when you go on family holidays. It has been certified for air travel by the International Air Transport Association.

The Bugaboo Butterfly is compatible with multiple car seats so you can take your little ones from the car to the park with ease. Easily attach your car seat to the stroller frame with the Butterfly car seat adapters (available separately).

"Really impressed with this buggy, very sturdy and so easy to handle, I was a little worried it would be noisy like others I’ve seen but it’s so incredibly quiet and just so lovely. The weight it excellent, not heavy at all and it’s a dream to collapse down and very easy to open up again! The quality is as you would expect from a bugaboo product, lovely fabrics very good quality zips and hardware! We absolutely love it! We spent a week doing all the usual research online for the best compact buggy and I can honestly say that I am so pleased we picked the butterfly! Well worth the cost and it’s the perfect size to take away without the worry of taking up space! My daughter is only 2 but she’s very tall, for her age and this has so much room left for her to grow and she absolutely loves it!"

The buggy of travelling dreams!

"We had to downsize from the bugaboo fox which we were a little apprehensive about as the fox had served us so well after 2.5 years. However, as we were moving countries we needed something smaller and solo mum flight friendly! This pushchair has been amazing. We placed it in the overhead compartments on a British airways flight and I had no issue carrying a toddler and this pushchair in hand throughout the day. It’s now serving us so well as a city cruiser. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely love this pushchair! My 17 month old is very tall and this is perfect for him! The leg extender means he can lay his legs down and be comfortable. Harness is nice and easy to adjust and strap him in and with one click it’s apart. Hood has great coverage for a sunny day or when he’s having a snooze. The pushchair itself is so smooth to push, light and has a quality silky feel to it. Very easy to open and collapse and nice and small to fit in car boot. Basket is surprisingly spacious as well which is a bonus! Seat is high up also which my boy prefers to be up higher as I find most pushchairs the seats are a lot lower. Also love the rain cover! Actually covers the whole buggy and fits. The only flaws I can think of is it doesn’t lie all the way flat but that’s not issue for me personally. Also annoying that the bumper doesn’t come as standard. But all in all well worth it. Customer service was excellent as well! With next day delivery! Best pushchair ever purchased!"

Please can you tell me if the bugaboo Butterfly has multiple recline positions? Also can it still be folded with a foot muff compactly or would this need to be put in each time ? Is there a specific footmuff you would recommend for the buggy ? What is the raincover like do you have any pictures with this on ? Do you know is there is a buggy board / seat coming out for this model any time soon ? Thank you 😊: Hi there, The Butterfly has a world facing seat with almost fully flat recline (from 111º to 145º) You can use any Bugaboo footmuff with the stroller but this will need to be removed when folding.
