Perfect for toddler and newborn trips

"Really glad we got the official UppaBaby buggy board - it’s suuuper sturdy and looks great with the pram. It also stays securely clicked up when don’t need it and is easy to flip up with a foot and to pop down with one hand when toddler demands it. . ! It’s got a really good grippy surface so toddler doesn’t slide around on it and she loves looking at her baby brother whilst riding. Lost a point for being heavier than I’d thought so the pram weighs more overall. Some practical bits - you can’t get the bassinet flat on top of the frame in the car when folded because the buggy board wheels stick upright, even though it does fold quite far into the body of the pram (getting the fold right took a while too, really press the pram frame down and then the board). Also, when the board is not in use, it does obstruct getting into the front of the pram basket. Toddler finds it too bumpy for long periods or not on tarmac, but it’s good for quick trips and shops/zoo/park paths etc."

Better than expected!

"Easy fit, sturdy, easy to get down and up! I especially like how easy it is to get it up and down, one hand for getting it down and a leg push to get it up - I have to do it multiple times while getting around on public transport and need to get the buggy on the train for example. I also have the yoyo buggy which requires a bit more fiddling to set it up/down; this this is a big improvement. The only downside is that it does not come with a seat like the yoyo."

"Yes, it’s expensive. However as other reviewers pointed out, you get what you pay for. It fits the pram perfectly, tucks away neatly when not in use. I was a little concerned that it might not work as well with the carrycot (it does, as long as the handle is fully extended) or with an older toddler. However my (tall) 3.5 year-old has immediately taken to it. He calls it his surfboard and it has massively sped up the nursery run. Amazing product, shipped quickly and efficiently."

"My daughter loves this, I found it a little tricky to fit (probably because I was worried of breaking it) but now on it’s really easy to use and tackles bumps well. You can push it up when not in use and release it down when you want to use it which is great so you don’t have to keep taking it on or Off. The button mechanism to lower it down seems a Little stif and as though there is a certain way of Doing it but it doesn’t put me Off. Plenty of foot space for my two year old although height wise when she is On she often bumps her head on the handle bar as it doesn’t quite extend enough and makes it tricky for you to Push the pushchair as you feel Like you will tread on the board but overall all great addition."
