Safe seat, easy to install, but delivery disappointing.

"I'd give this seat 10/10. It's a trusted brand and many of their seats are ADAC tested. This connects easily to isofix points and disconnects fairly well, too, making it a great choice for us, as we have to move it to family members car once a week. The headrest adjusts easily, the swivel feature makes loading baby in and out so much smoother, and the cover can be removed for cleaning (tried and tested!) 4/5 rating due to poor method of delivery. The box needs to be marked 'handle with care'. The third party company "attempted" delivery on a day I ensured I was home, and didn't knock the door. They said they'd left a card, but didn't. I doubt they even came that day. The next day, they left the box outside in the rain after I'd specified she'd as safe place. Luckily, it was only light rain and I got home soon afterwards, so no damage to the seat."

Brilliant car seat

"We absolutely love it. Baby is 3 months old after removing the new born insert from her ickle bubba cirrus car seat we had an issue with her head falling forward, we then tried the radial which was sent to us by the company and also had this problem. So decided to purchase a new brand entirely and we are very impressed with the Britax, it feels extremely sturdy and high quality. The sides wrap nicely and feel like they would really help protect baby, we’ve had no issues with her head falling forward or her chin touching her chest. Not to mention she no longer cries during car journeys, everytime we used to stop the car she would cry and since changing to this car seat this has stopped. The base feels very secure, and the rotating feature is very helpful, me and my partner are both quite tall 5’8 and 6’5 so trying to get her in with a car seat that didn’t rotate was extremely difficult. I know some people think the rotating base compromises safety, but we feel not being able to put her in the seat and get proper positioning due to our height would be worse. The 5 point harness feel very secure and it’s very easy to loosen and do up when getting her in and out. The shoulder pads are nice and padded as well as having the sticky silicones on the inside so they don’t slip or move once in place. Overall extremely happy, not to mention delivery was super quick, ordered Friday afternoon was with us by Monday afternoon. Thank you natural baby shower, we will definitely be using your website again!"
