- Before first use - Submerge all bottle parts in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove items + place them on a clean towel to air dry completely before reassembling.
- Cleaning - Disassemble the bottle + its components. Wash with mild soap + warm water. Alternatively, use the dishwasher (top-rack only), but note that the funnel + nipple are not dishwasher safe + must be washed by hand.
- Sterilising - Scalding method - For all bottle parts, latex + silicone nipples. Place all bottle components, including nipples (latex + silicone) in a clean bowl. Pour boiling water over them until fully covered. Let them soak for 5 minutes. Carefully remove + place on a clean towel to air dry. Squeeze out any excess water from the nipple valve.
- Sterilising - Microwave method - For bottle bodies + silicone nipples only. Use a microwave-safe sterilisation box + fill with 50-100ml water or add water directly into the bottles. Ensure your microwave is set to 800W (or equivalent), + water temperature does not exceed 100°C / 212°F for bottles + 110°C / 230°F for silicone nipples. Leave bottles open. Never seal with caps or place in sterilisation bags. Microwave nipples for 60 seconds + bottles for 3-4 minutes (or until water boils). Let cool before removing.
