- Before first use - Gently pull the nipple in all directions + carefully inspect for any signs of weakness or damage. Always sterilise new dummies after removing them from the packaging
- Replacement - Check your baby's dummies regularly, replacing them every 4-6 weeks or at the first sign of damage or weakness. An enlarged or sticky nipple means that it is ready to be replaced
- Cleaning - Sterilise natural rubber latex nipples regularly by scalding. Sterilise silicone nipples by scalding or in the microwave with proper technique
