If you are keen to speak to one of our nursery specialists and receive a more personalised experience, you can book an in-depth 1.5 hour appointment for free. The team will be available to chat to you even if you haven’t booked an appointment, but we would recommend you do book to avoid disappointment.

Not at all. Our appointments are completely obligation-free. You'll leave with a personalised shopping list and can take your time deciding what’s right for you – whether that’s in-store or online later.

Appointments usually last around 60 minutes, depending on your needs. There's no rush – we’re here for as long (or short!) as you need us.

We are pleased to offer flexible payment plans as we know how busy – and expensive – life as parents can be.

Both in store and online, we offer Klarna and Clearpay payment plans so you don’t have to worry about immediate payments or breaking the bank, you can pay later or pay in instalments.
