From a simple student's graduation project idea grew a dedicated and passionate team working from an attic room in Amsterdam to produce the first Bugaboo pushchair. The Bugaboo Ant is Bugaboo’s lightest and most compact stroller yet. At just 7.2 kg / 15.8 lbs it’s easy to lift and carry, and can be used as a carry-on for airlines thanks to its most compact folded size of 55 x 38 x 23 cm (9.03 x 14.96 x 21.65 inch).
But don’t be fooled by its lightweight composition, the Bugaboo Ant is super strong and can carry a child up to 22 kg / 50 lbs. It also has an additional 8kg of additional storage capacity thanks to its always accessible rear luggage basket and large underseat basket—perfect for all that baby stuff!
Smooth comfort
Integrated suspension provides a smooth, easy ride that supports the whole weight of your child. A reclinable, ergonomic seat has been designed to improve your child’s posture as well as increase their comfort, and it’s also reversible—so you have the choice as to whether to position your child facing you or facing the world. The Bugaboo Ant also has an easy maneuverability making it easy to push and steer with one hand and on any terrain, so it’s comfortable for you to drive as well as for your child to ride in.
