Due to COVID restrictions and the highstreet temporarily closing its doors, the way we shopped changed and here at Natural Baby Shower we were determined to still be there for you no matter what was round the corner. Throughout the restrictions of COVID, we made it our aim to make sure we could still offer you the friendly service and expert advice you all came accustomed to from our amazing team.
So, we got to work! We put our heads together to come up with ways we could still support your parenting journey through the restrictions of COVID and offer you the shopping guidance every parent needs.
As the country is starting to get back to some sort of normality, we wanted to talk you through all the ways you can now shop with us at NBS from wherever you are and however you feel most comfortable. We are all in this together and we want to help you shop for your family in the best, safest and easiest way for you.

Connect instantly to live product demos
To help us help you and answer all those quick but important product related questions we offer our instant live product demos. These allow you to instantly call our nursery specialists through a one way video call, you can see us but we can’t see you. Our nursery specialists will be waiting for you on the shop floor and ready to talk you through any of our products instantly from the comfort of your home.
Simply look out for the icon below at the bottom left of our website. When it is green we are available, if it is grey we are just a little busy at that time so please try again in a few minutes. You'll be connected to a live, one-way video call, where you can receive expert advice, product demos and answers to your questions from our friendly, in-store team.
In store
It was with huge anticipation and excitement that we were finally able to open the doors to our Bagshot, Surrey store again. Whilst we were shut, we have been busy behind the scenes giving the store a complete make-over, renovating the displays and extending the demo areas to offer our customer more space to get hands on with the products.
You can enjoy 2 floors of all your parent and baby essentials from pushchairs, furniture, bags, carriers and much more. Our nursery specialists are on hand to help guide you through your shopping, answer your questions and demo any products for you. We also offer complimentary free car seat fitting and we will also happily build your new pushchair for you so you can walk away ready to go!
Our opening hours are –
- Monday to Wednesday: 9am to 5:30pm
- Thursday: 9am to 7pm
- Friday to Saturday: 9am to 5:30pm
- Sunday: 11am to 4pm

In store appointments
We offer one to one in store appointments where you will have an in-depth 1.5 hour slot in your own private room with our specialists there to guide you through everything you need to know. You can expect an initial chat so we can get to know you, your needs and expectations from the visit. Then once we have a better understanding of your needs, we will take you to get hands on with the products that we think are best suited to you, your lifestyle, budget and family.
Most importantly, they will always give impartial, tailored advice to suit your lifestyle and your budget. As you shop we can create a bespoke shopping list for you with all your favourite products that can be emailed to your after your visit so you have it when you need it.

Virtual appointments
For ultimate convenience and ease, we also offer virtual appointments you can do from the comfort of your home. It will be a 1.5 hour appointment one to one with one of our brilliant nursery specialists who will guide you through everything you want to know at a time that suits you. Your nursery specialist will be talking to you from the shop, so they will have all of our products on hand to demo for you and every product you wish to see up close.
We will ask you to complete a questionnaire before your appointment to help us get to know you and get a better understanding of your needs.
