Awful, I do not recommend.

"Awful, I do not recommend. The hood is not retractable so it’s difficult to safely get your baby in and out of it. You can remove the hood entirely but this is not practical every time you need to get your baby out. It doesn’t include a mattress, the base is padded but it’s made from the same waterproof material as the rest of the carrycot so hardly cosy and comfortable for a small infant! We had to put our own Moses basket mattress in which is not ideal! The carry handles just get in the way constantly too, there’s no way to move them out of the way. It attaches to the pram with two flimsy buckles which just doesn’t seem safe to me at all."
