Lola&Lykke Core Relief Pregnancy Support Belt

As a first time parent it’s safe to say that I was shocked by the severity of the back and pelvic girdle pain that I would experience during my pregnancy. I was recommended a support band by my physiotherapist fairly early on due to sciatica and other aches and pains, however didn't get around to it... so when I finally tried the Lola & Lykke support band it was like a weight had been lifted (literally)!

The boning around the sides meant that the band held its shape and I felt my whole bump being supported whilst walking around, and the removable heat pack gave a bit of extra comfort on particularly bad days. Although the item is a slightly higher price point than others on the market I would 100% recommend it for the quality and the support you receive - if you’re pregnant or expecting add it to your wishlist ASAP!
