The Fraupow Insert is made of soft food-grade silicone making it soft and comfortable. While comfort is often the main focus in figuring out the right size for your breast, using the correct sized Insert will also make your pumping more efficient.

- When your breast shield + insert fits correctly, your nipple will be centred in the breast shield tunnel + will move freely during pumping
