The Elvie Single Breast Pump is a slimline, wearable electric breast pump designed to fit discreetly inside your nursing bra. Tube-free and hands-free, it lets you pump without being tied to a socket, while its ultra-quiet 32dB design helps you express discreetly at home or on the go.

SmartRhythm™ technology offers three pumping rhythms designed to help optimise milk flow, while seven intensity settings let you find a level that feels comfortable for you. The Pump with Elvie app gives you discreet control from your phone, with live milk volume tracking and pumping history at your fingertips.

Each reusable bottle holds up to 150ml and the infrared sensors automatically track milk volume, switching between Stimulation and Expression modes and pausing when the bottle is full. The closed system is BPA free and food safe, with washable parts that can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.

"Really enjoying my experience so far. Battery life suits my routine. (Pumping once/twice a day). The suction is good - variety of options. Size is comfortable to wear in the bra. "Researched a number of wearables ahead of purchase. Went for the Elvie over other wearable pumps on the basis that the Elvie was the lightest and quietest, and the app is a useful addition. The reason for four instead of five stars is the price really. But I appreciate a lot of R&D has gone into development of the product and experience. I am still learning my schedule with the pump; but on the whole I am happy. There is some drop out of connectivity but this is likely with any type of BT device. The volume sensor isn’t always accurate; but this could be due to moving around - but it is easy enough to vary the volume at the end of the session on the app."

"I use this pump all the time. Pros: - easy to clean - can do it in 5 minutes. - portable - I love being able to pump on my way home from a few hours from my baby. Or on a walk with the pram. - quiet Cons: - if you’re looking for something people won’t notice, this might not be it. It’s pretty large in the bra, but that was not important to me. - took me a bit to figure out the suction and settings but I eventually got it. - the Bluetooth connection to the app is hit or miss but you can use the buttons on the pump."

"Great under a baggy top, people do not realise you’re pumping - everyone is surprised if I tell them! Very quiet suction. Only downside is the app connection hasn’t really worked well for me, but that doesn’t affect the pump’s function at all - just means it doesn’t measure/time my output"
