This clever hot and cold pad adapts perfectly to your body’s shape to ease discomfort from postnatal soreness, cramps, engorgement, or everyday aches.

In cold mode, Calmy helps reduce swelling and soothe tender areas after childbirth, caesarean scars, or haemorrhoids, and offers cooling relief for sore breasts. In warm mode, it provides gentle heat therapy to relax muscles, ease period pain, and support milk flow during breastfeeding.

With its unique peanut shape, the pad stays comfortably in place in your underwear, so you can move freely and focus on healing.
