The Voksi baby nest offers a safe and comfortable space for baby to lay and play. It’s shaped as an egg to resemble the womb to help make the transition into the big wide world a little easier for your little one. It is extremely comfortable and ergonomic thanks to the firm but soft mattress. We think it’s great, but what did our parent testers think of it?

The delivery from Natural Baby Shower was super fast. Our new beautiful nest arrived in 2 days and was traceable via dpd courier.
It arrived in a cardboard box to protect it, then in a lovely protective branded bag and fabric bag cover with a lovely zip, perfect for transportation. The colour is a nice light grey so practically goes with any room décor and colour scheme.
The instructions are really easy to follow and understand, along with the safety instructions of the nest too. The nest itself is a really soft material which is 100% cotton. This outer cover is really easy to remove and wash which is always handy.
It has a firm but soft foam mattress on the bottom, it feels super snuggly. There is also a cushioned piece at the bottom where babies’ can rest their feet, this can be pushed down later on to make the nest longer for baby with the safety strap at the bottom undone. The size is great, we have a small baby in ours who was 6weeks early but we have been using this from 5 weeks old.
Upon using the Voksi baby nest for the first time I was very sceptical as Edie was at a point where she would only settle on me or daddy. Once I had opened it, I popped her in it next to me on the sofa so I could keep an eye on her. She looked around for a while, she soon snuggled down and was asleep when I turned around. I was so shocked! I managed to have a cup of hot coffee while she slept which is an even bigger win.
We use the nest daily, we use it on the sofa, on the floor and next to me for naps, but only while she is being supervised.
It is a great place for her to just chill in as well, we use it for bonding and got our first slight smile whilst she was relaxing in the Voksi nest. We can’t wait for her to get bigger to try it under her play gym too. It also has a handy handle on the side for easy transport on the move.
It is so comfy and must make her feel cosy and relaxed as she is so settled in it. Could we live without it? At this minute, no, because she hated her moses basket for naps and is the only thing she seems to settle in. So the Voksi baby nest is becoming the most used and best piece of baby equipment we have.

A week ago today we welcomed our baby boy Max into the world. Since his birth we have been using the Voksi baby nest. We never used anything like this with our first born but I wish we had. The nest provides a safe and cosy place for baby to nap during the day. It’s one of the only places our son will settle other than in our arms.
The nest is egg shaped, has a firm but cosy base with raised sides and is tied at the bottom with a strap which you can unfasten when baby gets bigger to allow them more room and to grow with the nest.
I would say the Voksi is very stylish, especially the grey colour we have received and came well packaged. It comes packaged in a snug carry case with handle allowing you to easily take this wherever you go, keeping the nest clean. I would definitely use this to take to grandparents and friends houses when visiting. Although we haven’t needed to yet, the whole cover seems to come off the nest easily to allow you to machine wash.
Max rests and sleeps well in the nest at the moment and on a few occasions when he is actually awake we have placed it under our play gym for playtime
I know baby nests can be very pricey so I don’t know if I would have purchased one without doing lots of research or having a recommendation from a friend about how well they actually work. But I am so pleased with our Voksi baby nest.
The Voksi isn’t suitable for baby to be sleeping in at night but perfect for supervised naps and play during the daytime. I love it, and so does Max!

We’ve spent the last few weeks trying out the Voksi Baby Nest in light grey and we absolutely love it! When it arrived it came in a zipped up airtight bag which looked really fancy, we wondered if it would smell of chemicals or new materials like most new products do and if we’d have to wash it before using it but we were pleasantly surprised when it smelt clean and fresh!
It’s super soft and thick, the quality is obvious just from the feel and look of the nest. The nest is the same size as most nests I’d previously seen so was happy enough with it when it arrived, a massive bonus is the extension at the end which gives more space for growing babies and means it will last a lot longer!
We’ve put the nest upstairs in our next to me crib and it fits perfectly, it also raises the base enough so that’s it’s easier to place Elizabeth in at night! Although it’s thick, cushion wise/padding it’s not hot. I worried immediately that Elizabeth would overheat or be too hot and wake through the night, well I was wrong! There hasn’t been a night that she’s been too hot because of the nest or gotten sweaty, in fact it seems to remain pretty cool through the nights. Each time I’ve picked her up I’m supported by the soft touch cushion which just feels cool.
I absolutely love the nest, I have no negative points unlike others I’ve tried. The biggest thing for me was how flimsy nests can be, I wanted a nest that felt firm but was still comfortable and this exceeded my expectations!
We’ve tried nights with Elizabeth in and out of the nest and we found that she slept deeper and longer whilst in the nest, this means a rest toni. Something that’s good for us all. Overall I absolutely love this nest! It’s well worth trying especially with how beautiful and high quality it is!! .
