So many amazing launches have already hit our shelves this year and Bugaboo’s new launch of the Butterfly compact stroller has got our attention for all the right reasons! The all new Bugaboo range boasts a very impressive one second fold as well as lots of other fabulous features – we think it will be a complete hit with NBS Customers!

Key features

The Butterfly is compact enough to be easily carried on your shoulder or stored in an overhead locker of most airlines as it’s been approved for travel by the International Air Transport Association.

The Butterfly also offers time-saving and practical features like a 5-position adjustable leg rest that doubles as a carry handle, integrated carry strap, spring-loaded basket, plus a no-rethread harness with quick-button release so your little one can ride comfortably! It’s not only practical, but super stylish given the premium fabrics and quality feel of the materials. You can choose from Midnight Black, Forest Green, and Stormy Blue colourway.

While the Butterfly weighs only 7.3kg, yet it’s strong enough to hold a larger little one, a full load of groceries and even a second sibling standing on the ride-on board (launching later this year). Each wheel on the Butterfly is built with a suspension system and rubberised wheels so heavier rides are supported and durable. The mesh lined storage basket is large enough to fit lots of your baby essentials and shopping, with spring-loaded walls to keep everything on-board over all terrain.

The Butterfly is newborn-ready when you attach an infant car seat and, with the highest backrest of any travel stroller, it comfortably fits an older toddler. Plus, with a soft seat inlay, it’s padded for comfort as they grow.

How does the Butterfly fold?

At just one second, the fold of the Bugaboo Butterfly couldn’t be easier. Simply press the white button within the handlebar and lower the stroller until it's locked and standing. To release the fold, similarly, press the same button to unlock the stroller and spring back into place.

Can you use a car seat with the Butterfly?

Yes! The car seat adapters will be available for purchase in later summer and will make the Bugaboo Butterfly compatible with the following car seats:

Maxi-Cosi Mica series
Nuna PIPA series

NB: When using with a car seat, the Bugaboo Butterfly becomes suitable to use from birth!
