Wow! This carrier has been amazing. It came packaged in a small box neatly with instructions and had quick delivery. I have only used it for my newborn so far, but she loves it and has fallen asleep in it every time. I must admit it took me a while to get used to being able to put her in the carrier and do it up on my own. I recommend setting it up and adjusting it to your body before trying to use it for the first time.
Once I set it up correctly, my newborn sat perfectly in there, and I managed to create the M shape with her legs. After using it a few times, I found the best way to slot her in and pull the straps tight in place with more ease. The straps are so easy to loosen and tighten with a small button on each side to press to loosen; then, I can unbuckle the back easily and pull the baby out. I think as she grows, I will need to keep checking all the instructions for the different buttons and straps on what I need to change, but the videos on the website are super useful for this, and the instruction booklet.
The carrier itself is beautiful and stylish! I got the blue lavender colour, it pops and looks exactly like the pictures - I love it! It also comes with a small bag at the bottom, which is handy to use. It feels sturdy and secure with the straps, which can be used crossed. My husband put my two-year-old in to test the sturdiness for a bit, and he said it felt secure and held her weight well. She also seemed to enjoy being in it.
As it is a carrier with buckles and thick straps, it can feel a little bulky from the padding but is very lightweight, and I think I prefer it being a bit more padded as my newborn feels more secure compared to others I have used and more comfortable. Also, with the mesh feature, I feel more confident that she is not too hot.
I know I am going to use this carrier for a long time due to its variability. Also, it has been amazing for getting things done around the house when my newborn does not want to settle. I will definitely be recommending this carrier to others.
