It was Friday, AM, the

"It was Friday, AM, the brief planning and decision had been that Saturday would be first a short forest expedition followed by some city shopping in our new ride, the Phil & Ted Sport. A quick check of the BBC weather site raised the issue of a predicted incoming tsunami, No bother, nothing to worry about, we have a rain cover we will be protected from the elements. On further inspection we had in fact forgot completely to purchase the item we were so desperately going to need. We rang Natural Baby Shower, and 15 minutes later we had organised the purchase and same day delivery. Now l always attempt to convey a well known phrase when I make reviews and “Come hell or high water'” is an expression I think is the most apt in describing Natalie's determination to bring us our order personally! Google failed Natalie and mapped her course to our house via a near mile of our road that can only be described as a 4x4 track, a road I have seen military vehicles break down in, with lake like puddles and jagged rocks. But undeterred by our call to turn back Natalie persisted in her "Fiat 500"?? and made it the whole route and delivered to our front door. I'm not sure 5 stars in enough but thank you very much Natalie. This was above and beyond any customer service I have experienced. Cannot recommend enough!"
