CYBEX Gazelle S Pushchair

I received the Cybex Gazelle S pushchair in the colour Moss to use for my 11 month old son Henry as part of the Parent tester programme. On our first trip out we really put it to the test, taking it out on various terrain, a walk to the shops, some hilly and woodland walks, it was great, Henry slept soundly as we did a very uneven walk across woodland paths, the suspension really shown us what it can do in this moment, he didn't seem to be fazed at all by the uneven pathways.

We filled the basket with snacks and drinks and there was still plenty of room for additional things such as blankets/toys and his big sisters many cuddly toys she likes to take out too.

It's important for us to have a pushchair that is also pleasing to the eye and this is just that, it's beautiful, the moss is a gorgeous green colour perfect for any gender.

Overall, it's a great all terrain practical pushchair, a good all rounder, it's a perfect workhorse for daily life and we would recommend.

"While it does function as a buggy seat. There has been a design change in the clasp attaching to the buggy frame of the gazelle which means I cannot attach it to the bottom section of the buggy when trying to use the 2 in 1 feature for car seat and buggy seat"

Good pram but bad customer service

"In theory pram is okay. The only disappointing thing is buying this premium item off of a retailer and getting a stroller seat that isn’t functioning from the beginning. It’s been over 20 days since I’ve made my complaint, the product is with Cybex but still unsure when it will come. For a premium brand, for an everyday necessity you would think issues like this would be resolved quickly. Telling a 6 month old their only option is a car seat is not possible and has made everyday since difficult."

Regret buying

"I bought this for my twins and regret it so much! A) the car seats are so awkward to get on and off the expensive attachments B) when the footmuffs are on it makes it all so cramped as the footmuffs are incredibly big was not able to buy a non cybex one as it won't fit C) it is under 6 months old and the chassis is so scratched up as are the handles it's not hard wearing especially as I am not even rough with it. . . . BUT the biggest annoyance is seat 2 only has 2 reclines vs seat 1 which has 3. This is not stated anywhere on the website in fact you state twins travel in the same level of comfort I think this is massively false advertising and the prams reclines for seat 2 are basically up and flat it's ridiculous. . . . cybex customer care did not care (from the UK)"
