Returns: If you are not happy with your Boori mattress or it is damaged, please contact our customer services team - where we can arrange for it to be picked up through Boori - there will be a charge to pick up unwanted mattresses. Unwanted mattresses must be in an unused condition, it has been originally sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons, it must be returned un-opened and with the original seal intact. Boori's returns policy is 14 days.
