Express & Timed Delivery

Picked, packed and dispatched same day Monday – Friday up to 3pm. Delivery according to the service chosen.

Next Day, Weekend and Timed services must be ordered by 3pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched Monday morning.

Order Process

• Fast dispatch and delivery - 97% of UK bound orders are dispatched within 24 hours, many the same working day.
• Priority dispatch is given to Express services.
• Track your item - Dispatch confirmation email with a web-based tracking.
• Delivery text or email notifications sent prior to dispatch and on route.
• Next Day, Weekend and Timed services MUST be ordered by 3pm Monday - Friday.
• Bespoke & made to measure items, delivered direct from supplier will not be included in standard terms.

Stock Status of Products

The majority of our products are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. However, some are sold on a forward order. The stock status of each product is displayed next to the add to cart button and will also show in your cart.

• In Stock - The item is at our warehouse and can be dispatched immediately.
• Stock Available - Stock is on its way to our warehouse and will be dispatched as soon as it arrives. The estimated time is displayed.
• Pre-Order - This is either a brand-new product, or it is temporarily out of stock with our supplier. The displayed stock dates are provided by our supplier and are occasionally subject to change. We keep customers fully informed and a refund/ exchange will always be offered.
• Direct from Supplier - Items are shipped directly from the respective supplier, who may make direct contact to arrange a convenient delivery time.
• Out of Stock - Items are either discontinued and will not be returning or we do not have reliable information on a restock date. If you have a specific query, please contact our team who will be happy to help.

Please note that our website will still allow you to select Express or Timed services, when items are not in stock and orders will be sent on the selected shipping service as soon as all stock becomes available. Please place separate orders for in stock items you would like to arrive immediately or contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to help.

Buying as a gift? No problem.

We have extended our returns policy for the Christmas period, so you can shop now and return if needed, after Christmas, for a full refund.

For purchases made on or after 1st November, we are offering a full refund up until 21st January, or a Credit refund for up to 90 days

For orders made outside of this period our standard returns policy applies.
