Delivery & Returns:

Includes delivery only, with an option to assemble for an extra charge
Once your order is placed, Silver Cross will contact you direct in the first week to arrange delivery
Furniture is delivered direct from Silver Cross by Jade Courier
Furniture will be delivered between 2-4 weeks of placing your order
Please contact our Customer Services team if there is a problem with your delivery, or it arrives damaged
Un-wanted furniture will occur a re-stocking fee (if you change your mind once delivered)
If you would like Silver Cross to to assemble your furniture, an extra charge will need to be taken by Jade courier over the phone - it is approx £50 per item
