The perfect cake to wow your guests, these reindeer pops are ideal for handheld treats. Plus, if you typically struggle to finish a full-sized portion of cake, these cake pops are compact sized, meaning they are great to enjoy a smaller treat!

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 105ml Oil or 100g butter
- 200ml of water or milk
- Cake mix of your choice (we chose Betty Crocker Red Velvet)
- Cake Pop Sticks or long lollipop sticks
- 100g Pretzels
- White/black icing for eyes
- Red icing nose
- Cream icing
- 250g milk chocolate
Method
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees(fan)
- Chose a cake mix of your choice
- Add 200ml of milk (or water) to the mix. Next add 105ml oil or 100g butter.
- Mix 3 eggs in a bowl and add to mix.
- Pour mix into cake mould
- Place in oven and bake for 23-28 minutes depending on desired consistency
- Leave to call for 20 mins
- With your hands, crumble the mixture into a bowl
- Add 3 tbsp of cream icing
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into plum size balls
- Melt 250g milk chocolate in a small bowl
- Dip each ball into the chocolate and insert cake pop stick or lollipop stick into the cake ball
- Decorate with white and black icing for eyes and red icing for nose
- Place in fridge for 2 ½ hours.
