Claiming your discount is easy if you live in one of the participating London Boroughs and already have a valid voucher. If you don’t yet have a voucher  you can apply for one via www.realnappiesforlondon.org.uk/apply

To use your voucher against nappy purchases, please follow the steps below

• Select and add to your shopping bag all your required purchases –the voucher is only valid against cloth nappies and nappy accessories (i.e. excludes clothing, toiletries, swim nappies, eco-disposables)
• In the checkout process type the name of the Borough into the voucher code box and the discount will be applied at checkout. You may order more than the value of the voucher and pay by the extra by credit card or cheque. If your purchase is less than the value of the voucher it may not be used again and no change is given. The voucher may only be redeemed against goods and not postage costs.
• Send the voucher and a copy of your ID to us at the following address:

• Goods will be despatched once the voucher has been received and the voucher validity and ID have been verified. Acceptable forms of ID include drivers licence, passport, student ID, work pass. You are strongly advised to send your voucher via a secure, “signed for “postal method. We cannot accept any responsibility for vouchers lost in the post.
