How does the hire process work?
1. Purchase the TENS Hire DVD pack which includes delivery & return postages
2. You will receive the DVD pack via the post 1-2days ( DVD explains some exercises on Pelvic Floor to help with labour and strengthening the pushing muscle),
2. You can then either call the booking number or submit details online through the booking form all details are inside the pack. This form will ask for the following details
a. Name, Delivery Address, Contact Number and Email (for delivery and confirmation)
b. Due Date
c. Unique Booking Code (found within the pack)
3. Email confirmation will then be sent from MiracleTENS which has dispatch date, due date, and return date.
4. Hire unit will be sent out Royal Mail Signed For service, so you receives the unit 3 weeks before due date, and keeps until 3 weeks after the due date. In some cases the unit can be sent earlier if there are problems, all you need to do is call and this can be arranged.
5. Your hire period is for 6 weeks. Once you have finished with the unit, send it all back in the SAE. We advise you obtain 'proof of postage' for their own cover.
