Many mothers choose to use this music during labour as it is acts as a subconscious trigger to relax and recall all the positive suggestions taken in from the birth preparation CDs. (The hypnosis CD's are not designed to be used during the actual birthing process as you are a little too preoccupied at this time!) Later on, your baby too will respond very well to the music having heard it many times in the womb.
