COMMENTS "I bought this CD late on into my pregnancy and found it really useful. It is split between a track that that can be used in pregnancy and one that can be used post natally. My son is now 9 weeks old and I have listened to the post natal track a number of times and have really enjoyed the chance to take some time out to relax.
