Returns Policy
A "Peace of mind" returns policy ...
At Natural Baby Shower we take real care over product selection and believe you will love your purchases. If for any reason you do not however, offer a 14 Day No Quibble Returns Policy, allowing you complete peace of mind when shopping.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of receipt it and providing it is received back in perfect condition and in the original packaging; we will issue you with a full refund for the price you paid for that item. Return postage, packing, and insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a handling/ restocking fee where applicable for items that need to be repackaged.
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:
- personalised or made-to-measure products
- perishable goods such as lotions and skin care
- unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or video
We are also unable to accept order cancellations for these products.
We cannot refund for goods purchased over 14 days previously or which have been used or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift returns
Items received/given as gifts may be returned for credit voucher, under the same conditions as above. Gifts will be sent with a gift receipt (no monetary amount shown) with a record of the order number, which should be used for returns requests. If this is not known, please e-mail prior to returning goods with the gift recipient name and address and purchasers name so that we can first confirm the order details.
Returns procedure
Please return your goods to us with a note of your order number and name. We will then action your request upon receipt. Alternatively you can call our Customer Care number on 0845 2722386.
Faulty or incorrect items
If on a rare occasion we send out an incorrect item please let us know as soon as possible by filling in the returns form, via e-mail or by calling our Customer Care number on 0845 722386. We will endeavour to sort out the mistake as soon as possible.
You have the right to return any faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep any included warranty information as this will be needed in the case of faults. If you do receive faulty item please fill out the returns form or call our Customer Care number on 0845 2722386.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery (or between seven and 14 days in the case of large electrical items), and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund only the cost of the item. We won't refund the cost of giftwrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If you use a personalised pre-paid return label, we'll deduct the return postage from your overall refund.
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.
Where you're withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- where you're returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
- where you're returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
- we'll refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
- where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you
- if you use a personalised pre-paid return label, we'll deduct the return postage from your overall refund.
We won't refund the cost of giftwrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part, because it is defective, or because it was eligible for Free Returns.
