Stated Day Delivery with Express 24
If you choice Express 24 delivery option, you can select which day you would like your order to be delivered, within the parameters stated above. We cannot offer this service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays but otherwise it can be any time within 10 days of order. This service is only available in the UK Mainland. Please state your chosen date in the Customer Notes box or email orders@naturalbabyshower.co.uk.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Some bespoke or larger items may differ from this schedule, in which case information will be clearly stated in the specified product description.
UK carriers
We have a number of different trusted courier or postal services we use for shipping. All Courier shipments are trackable and require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.
Royal Mail delivers 6 days a week, including Saturdays, to residential properties.
Courier deliveries are Mon-Friday only, normally between 9am and 5.30pm.
Super Saver delivery for is normally within 3-5 working days of placing your order, however on occasion deliveries can take up to 10 working days. If you have not received your parcel after this time, please contact us - see lost & delayed items.
Please note Bank Holidays, Saturday & Sundays are not working days so please allow for this before contacting us.
If you do not live within the UK mainland please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Remote area charges
For remote areas in the UK, there will often be an additional charge made by the couriers. Unfortunately these may not always come through in the shipping quote. In such cases, we will contact the customer in order to charge this additional shipping.
International Shipping
European shipping charges are calculated on the weight and size of your order and are charged at cost to the customer. Your charge will be displayed at the checkout.
Rest of the World shipping options are available at the checkout for smaller orders and will be displayed at checkout. We cannot give accurate shipping quotes for larger items, so if the cost is very high, please email us with your order request and we will calculate your individual shipping cost accurately, based on weight & volume.

All goods are however insured and should loss or damage occur we would follow the insurance procedures if requested on the customer’s behalf and recoup all possible losses. If an item is found to be faulty upon arrival, we will refund as per the refunds Policy for all UK orders, but cannot be liable for the full International shipping costs and would refund a maximum of £10 each way. The return shipping costs of non-faulty are the responsibility of the customer. Items will be refunded for the full price, minus the outgoing shipping costs and may also be subject to a 10% admin charge. Delivery times quoted are approximate and we cannot be held responsible for loss due to late delivery.

International customers (non EU) might have to pay an import duty on purchases. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of each individual customer and are not the responsibility of Natural Baby Shower. Orders from outside the EU may be entitled to tax deductions on taxable goods.

At Natural Baby Shower we are passionate about Customer Care and will deal with any problems which may arise (such cases are very rare) on an individual basis and do our up most to ensure customer satisfaction.
Faulty, Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives incomplete, in the first instance, please log into your account to check your order status, as items may be on back order. If you are in doubt please contact the Customer Service Team. If an item is to have omitted in error, please inform us as soon as possible & we will check our stocks and send any such missing item on immediately.
Any order which is damaged, faulty or incomplete upon arrival, should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt so that we may take the appropriate action. We will cover the costs of return and replacement of any such items found to be faulty or damaged and shipping costs incurred due to error on our part. This can be done either by providing a return freepost address, via courier collection or by refunding customer costs incurred.
We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. Packaging from damaged items may need to be kept or photographed as proof of damage in transit and to support customer claim.

Out of Stock & Back Orders
All delivery schedules are subject to item availability. We aim to hold good stock of all products although due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. Our website is shows live stock data, but on occasion it can be slightly inaccurate.
If your item is not in stock at time of dispatch, we will place it on back order & email with approximate delivery time. If at this point you do not wish to continue with the order, we will refund in full.
Back ordered stock on multiple item orders will normally be sent out as soon as possible, after the main order at our expense.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
We make every effort to ensure goods arrive within the time scales given, however these are not guaranteed and on occasions parcels can become delayed. We will not be held liable for any loss due to late arrival.
On the rare occasion a parcel gets lost in transit, we will resend the item once it has been confirmed lost by the Carrier. We will require written confirmation of the non-delivery from the customer to enable us to first investigate the situation.
For Free Super Saver deliveries sent via Royal Mail, we will not be able to start investigations into non-arrival of goods, until 10 working days from date of dispatch. As such we ask that customers wait this period before contacting us. For courier, Express & Express 24 services we can investigate immediately, upon customer request.
Non-delivery
Our signed for/ courier delivery agents will attempt delivery and leave a card if no one is available. If collection or redelivery of the goods is not subsequently arranged by the customer with the agent, the goods will eventually be returned to Natural Baby Shower and a standard £15 charge will be made to cover the return & re-delivery costs. An email containing tracking information will be sent upon dispatch, so customers may check progress.
Non-delivery or loss or delay due to an incorrect/ incomplete address being provided by the customer will unfortunately not be covered by Natural Baby Shower. Should such an incorrectly addressed parcel be returned to Natural Baby Shower, a redelivery charge will be made for resending.
Refusal of a parcel at the delivery address will result in the goods being returned to Natural Baby Shower. In such cases both a standard return & re-delivery charge will be made. Please note that delivery to an Army Barracks or University Campus is often refused, so please only use such an address if you are confident of the parcel getting through successfully.
If at any point the customer decides to cancel a returned order, a standard charge of £15 will be deducted from any refund due, to cover outgoing & return P&P and administrative costs.
