You can use Special Delivery™ Next Day from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays.
For larger items, the FREE DELIVERY service will be via a standard courier service. Special Delivery and First Class are not available for these larger items, but most have other NEXT DAY options available at the checkout stage of your purchase transaction. Sometimes your collective order will go over the allowable weight for Special Delivery and on these occassions, we will send by Next Day Courier or 1st Class Recorded Service. Delivery timesWe aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, although at busier times this may not always be possible. Also some bespoke or larger items may differ from this schedule, in which case information will be clearly stated in the specified product description. FREE DELIVERY orders should reach you within 3-5 working days of date of order (dependant on a cleared payment and product availability), but please allow a maximum of 7 working days. 1st Class orders generally arrive within 1-2 working days of order. Special Delivery will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 12pm, otherwise the order will be treated as if it came in the following working day. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Out of stock and back ordersAll schedules are however subject to item availability. We aim to hold good stock of all products although due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible. Our website is updated daily to reflect out of stock items. Intra day stock levels are not monitored by the website. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you email you with approximate delivery time. If at this point you do not wish to continue with the order, we will refund you in full. Back ordered stock on multiple item orders will normally be sent out as soon as possible, after the main order at our own expense. Overseas customersTimes and delivery prices quoted are based on UK mainland deliveries. If you then wish to proceed with an order, you will be invoiced via e-mail for the requested purchases.This may then be settled on-line or with card details over the phone. Oversea DeliveriesInternational customers (non EU) might have to pay an import duty on purchases. For information, please contact your local customs office. Country-specific customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of each individual customer and are not the responsibility of Natural Baby Shower. Orders from outside the EU may be entitled to a 10% discount upon request, due to tax allowances. International Shipping costs are charged at cost or below for each specific order request, based on the size and weight of the items. We have a number of different trusted courier or postal services we use for shipping. All shipments are trackable and require a signature upon delivery. Once the item has been dispatched we do not hold the responsibility of that item, for loss or damage in transit, but should loss or damage occur, we would follow the insurance procedures if requested on the customers behalf and recoup all possible losses. If an item is found to be faulty upon arrival, we will refund as per the refunds Policy for all UK orders, but cannot be liable for the full International shipping costs and would refund a maximum of £10 each way. The return shipping costs of non-faulty are the responsibilty of the customer. Items will be refunded for the full price, minus the outgoing shipping costs and may also be subject to a 10% admin charge. Delivery times quoted are approximate and we cannot be held responsible for loss due to late delivery. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Once your on-line order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the authorization is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will phone to confirm receipt of order. "Peace of mind" returns policyAt Natural Baby Shower we take real care over product selection and believe you will love your purchases. We do fully understand however that shopping over the internet is not the same as in the shops; No matter how good the images and descriptions may be, you still cannot touch, feel and fully appreciate the items. As such some products may not be quite as you perceived them, which is why we offer a 14 day No Quibble Returns Policy, allowing you complete peace of mind when shopping. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within14 days of the date you received it. Providing it is received back in perfect condition and in the original packaging, we will issue you with a full refund for the price you paid for that item, minus the our original postage costs, if the Free Delivery option was chosen, or the difference in our original postage costs if they exceed that paid by the customer. Return postage, packing, insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. If you choose to exchange the item, rather than be refunded, we will charge the minimum postal charge of £2.50 (First Class postage) for returning the new tem. This is because we cannot extend the FREE DELIVERY offer twice on what is effectively only one purchase. GIFTS We cannot refund for goods purchased over14 days previously or which have been used or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will endeavor to sort out the mistake as soon as possible. You have the right to return any faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep any included warranty information as this will be needed in the case of faults.
