Marshmallow plant extract: (not the pink squashy sweetie variety!) Althaea Officinalis Root Extract, takes it name from the Greek, altho (to cure). It has good moisturising and anti-inflammatory properties and is also a very good emollient.
Tahitian Monoi: traditionally, Monoi de Tahiti, was used by the Polynesian people to cover new born babies from head to toe to protect them from dehydration during very hot spells while also acting as a natural antiseptic. Tiare (Gardenia taitensis) blossoms are hand picked and soaked in refined coconut oil to produce a uniquely beneficial ingredient used to hydrate and condition both skin and hair leaving it ultra soft and moisturised.
Olive oil: has great nourishing effects on skin and hair. Easily absorbed it helps makes skin soft and supple. It nourishes skin and has protective qualities, which is why it’s recommend for use on baby’s delicate skin.
Chamomile: used for its healing and soothing qualities. It is antiseptic and anti-allergenic making it ideal in the treatment of dry skin conditions. It’s also known for it’s cleansing properties.
Boo Boo was set up by Mums Jenn and Corinna who after having babies (four in total) started to wonder about what they were putting on our babies skin at bathtime. When they looked more closely at ingredients they couldn't believe that they were filled with harsh detergents and scary synthetics! Unable to find anything on the shelves that met their demands; full of natural ingredients, affordable and luxurious; they decided to make their own pampering products.......
